    Rebranding of MIOSHnet
  • MIOSHnet project is promoted and owned by Medi-Ihsan Occupational Safety and Health Sdn Bhd under the Development Application Grant Scheme (DAGS) provided  by Ministry of Science and Technology under the supervision on National Information Technology Council  ( NITC)  a technical comittee of MIMOS Berhad.

    The partners for this project was:-
    1. Mitechsoft Technology Sdn Bhd -  Technical Developers of MIOSHnet
    2. National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)
    3. Institute of OSH management of Universiti Utara Malaysia
    4. Rendang Safety and Fire Training Centre
    5. Institute Pembangunan dan Pengurusan Johor (IPPJ)

    Development of the project : starts in year 2000 and completed in year 2001

    Cost of the Project :  RM 1.2 Million

    The new name  and rebranding of MIOSHnet  Project :   The name MALAYSIAN  is replaced   by  MEMBERS OF

    Rationale  of Rebranding : 
    • MIOSHnet  now has  more than 5300 registered members nationwide
    • MIOSHnet need upgrading and improve its features for the benefits of its members.
    • New MIOSHnet features is now  to be extended  for  OSH practitioners worldwide.
    • MIOSHnet is ready to open its membership to international OSH professionals
    • MIOSHnet new name for  new branding without changing the initial name of  MIOSHnet project.
